The Beta 10 is the smallest engine in Beta’s range. It is a marinised form of the Kubota Z482 4-Stroke, naturally aspirated diesel engine. The Kubota Z482 is a 2 cylinder, 4-Stroke Cycle upright (vertical) inline diesel industrial engine serves a a base engine for marinisation both by Beta Marine and Universal.
The WOC, or WOC-K, number is the “Works Order Card” and is required along with the Engine Number for ordering spare parts from Beta Marine.
The power output of the Beta 10 (B-10) is 10 HP specified at 3000 rpm.
